About the AGM

The Condo Owners Forum Society of Alberta (COF) invites all members in good standing to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is an important opportunity to vote on current business and elect new Board of Directors. We encourage all members to participate, either by attending or by submitting a proxy form if you cannot attend.

Proxy Information

Should you not be able to attend the meeting and would like to have someone cast your vote, please consider sending your Proxy in to have your voice heard. 2. Meeting Notice & Confirmation of Quorum (inclusive of Proxies) in accordance with our Bylaws:

   Quorum

   (a) 20% of individual society members.

   (b) If no Quorum within 15 minutes of the time appointed, the meeting shall stand adjourned for 15 minutes to allow further members to attend. If after a further 15 minutes a quorum is not present, the people entitled to vote who are present at the meeting shall constitute a quorum.
