Lisa McGrath is the visionary founder and Owner of LPM Enterprises Ltd, a consulting firm based in Airdrie, Alberta, that specializes in Condo Construction Consulting. Since establishing LPM Enterprises in 2019, Lisa has been unwavering in her commitment to advocating for Condominium Corporations and Commercial projects, with a particular focus on construction and restoration.
Lisa brings over 10,000 hours of hands-on experience in the trades, a journey that began in 2005 and has seen her rise to leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Operations Director in the restoration industry. Property Management, and past president of her Condo Board 2007-2013.
Her expertise encompasses safety, water remediation, and renovations, Human Resources.
Her educational background is equally extensive, with certifications from Buildforce Canada, the IICRC, and the Alberta Construction Safety Association, complemented by diplomas in Human Resources Management, Criminology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist Practitioner (CBT). Lisa remains dedicated to continuous learning, pursuing further studies in Project Management and Psychology.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lisa is an active contributor to both for-profit and non-profit sectors. She supports and organizes events such as CCI South’s Condo Strengths and COF’s Condo Chats and CCA Lean Coffee member. Additionally, she hosts a podcast that gives trades and clients a voice and provides valuable insights and support into the Construction and condominium industry.
